Drive the car to the Authorized Local Dealer's lot. If you scheduled an appointment, your Appraiser will be waiting for you. If not, the next available Appraiser will help you accordingly.
Bring the car's title documents with you. NOTE: the person(s) whose name(s) appears on the title document must be present to sign over the car title. Power of Attorney documents are acceptable.
Also, bring the DMV registration document for the car. The vehicle must be in working condition.
Bring a valid State-issued photo ID. If multiple people own the car, all persons must be present with a valid ID. Power of Attorney documents are acceptable.
KEYS AND REMOTES
We will need all keys and remote fobs for the car. If the original keys and/or remote fobs are missing, your offer may be adjusted.
REMOVE PERSONAL ITEMS
Have the inside of the car as clean as possible, removing all personal items. Most common items left in cars are garage door fobs, personal clothing, food, trash, papers, and even child car seats.
